Hope you get better Dave, miss those reports from Cooterville...

This is a composite of 3 images, horse, fence with short eared owls, and sunset...parchement color effect (from online tutorial) on background the used color range to select and copy various parts of images and pasted into this one...

Paul, Nice composite work. I love the effect on the BG. The fence is a nice leading lline and is well placed IMO. This would also look nice w/o the horse and a bit off the bottom for a different look. Your good luck symbol is fantastic!

Paul, a very balanced creation. Dave would love it! I wish that your chop was not on white but on the BG color only.

I want to see the fence with 5 Short-eared Owls on it!!!! Neat!

    Nice image and appliacation Paul.

Like the colors and composition. The fence in my view makes the image.

I like both but I really love the solitude of the second post...such intense colors and yet such a peaceful setting. Lovely work.

Paul, I loved the first image when I saw it but I think the simplicity of the second is very special. And 5
    short-eared owls on one fence:eek:

what a delightful composite! I like both of them as they each have their own mood and feel and the fence leads my eye through the frame nicely. Great choice of colors and elements (just checked out your fb photo.. that's alot of owls! very cool) :)
