I have recently joined the Eager to Learn forum, but having just seen John Chardine's great Chickadee image form up the road (relatively speaking), I thought I would take the plunge and try my first post here. So here's another Black-capped Chickadee with a sunflower seed, in my yard recently.

D300, Tamron 200-500 hand-held, 1/4000, f6.3, ISO 1000, cropped to remove some out of focus stuff at the edges.

    Hello Richard,

I like the profile image. I would clone out the stick in front and maybe add more canvas to the bottom. I love the light and details.

Hi Richard- Greetings from just down the road! Very nice image. I really like the detail in the feathers. A little head turn to the right would be beneficial but in the end you get what you are dealt by the bird.
