    I think this is a Cedar Waxwing.

    Nice identification markings, yes it is a Cedar Waxing. You missed focus and also looks like his head moved.

    Nice subject but agree on the motion and focus issues. Perch is nice, but the branch and green leaves above the head would have been a problem as well.

    Looking forward to more! Would love to have one of these in my area.
