Another one from Sanibel Fishing Pier, also around 9:30 am, the day after Thanksgiving. Tried to lighten the underwing shadow, but it's still disturbing. As I look at this post, I'm wondering if I should have given him a bit more canvas to the right. Suggestions? C&C appreciated.

He is pretty centered; maybe a bit more canvas to the right....Otherwise he looks very good except for that shadow. Just a bit of haloing, esp. around the tip of the upper wing.

Hi Bill A little more to the right and less at the bottom !!!

Not much you can do with the shadow except shoot earlier !!! When the compensation starts getting over one you know the light is harsh ....particularly if you take into consideration the exposure for the under wing is one over !!! Sharp, good wing position and pretty bg !!!

    Hi Bill,
I like the image and capture...you have very good color rendition fine feather details, a good head angle with a sharp eye...agree on more canvas to the right and 1/4 less at the bottom...looking forward to your next one...

Like the blue sky BG. Nice and sharp.
