    Just playing around - its been so hot with such a lack of wildlife - I might have to venture into the studio.

    600w Studio flash with 36 inch softbox front and to the right
    600w studio flash with beauty dish left hand side
    Black backdrop

    Cropped and applied grain filter in photoshop.

    Lovely one, Lance. I'm all for simplicity. This is beautifully composed, and tack-sharp. I love it.

    Really nice image. I like how it enters on a diaganol then slowly curves towards the corner on the opposite side. Nice detail. The lighting looks really good as well.

    I like the capture Mr. Peters. The color rendition is good with fine details. I like the simple and strong compositional balance...its well seen...the dark background showcases your subject quite well...good show...show me more from the studio...:):cool:

    Nice sharp details, the red is set off nicely by the lighter highlights and the black bg. The composition is really nice.
