Love the look that she is giving you, Phil. Great wing position as well, and the included habitat elements complete this image. I hope you don't mind this observation, but my eye wants to drift to your bright signature. Might you consider changing the color, or lowering the opacity on it?
One of my favorite birds, love that Phantom of the Opera over the cape look. Great golden light and excellent down stroke position.
I always try to take opacity out of my copyright to avoid it become distracting.

I like the look-back pose, dangling feet, setting and complementing BG. I would tone down the legs a bit and the edge of the head above the bill looks a bit fuzzy, maybe from NR?
She almost got past you, but the "over the cape" look, as Fabs put it, saved the day. A lovely flight shot, and the BG has just the right colors and amount of blur to show habitat. Great down wing position and eye contact. Ditto Grace on the watermark. Well done!
