I've been busy with a new project at work, which has left little time to process and post, but here is a harrier from just after first of the year here in northern Utah. I really love how these beauties look in the late afternoon light...

This is a beauty, John--super light and nice crisp details. The eye contact makes this one stand out.

John....lovely wing position and eye contact. At first, I thought a little more room on front will make it better....but with this head turn, I think this crop works very well.

Hi John. Great light, nice head turn, beautiful wing position, nice and sharp. Could it be cropped in a horizontal composition?

Great detail on a bird that's tough to get looking really sharp! Looks like your 7D is producing for you!
