    Default Sandhill Cranes - Bosque

Captured this trio in the early morning light at the Bosque.

Cropped a bit and cloned out a remaining bird head on the right edge of the frame as I couldn't quite crop all of him out. Did a little color balance and added some black with selective color plus NR on entire image. Sharpened with USM at both original resolution and the re-sized for web version.

AI Servo autofocus, hand-held no flash

    Thank you for looking!

The birds stand out well and have good clarity and detail for the distance. I'd prefer a more oof background but you don't get everything everytime. :p

Hi Kerry - sweet light, lovely details, good flight positions - Lots to like here :)
Wings up on the LHS side bird would have put this over the top.
Like it as is - as well.
    Sweet!!!

Very nice, Kerry. I like it as presented. Pano presentation with diagonal flight path and wing position makes it for me. Great light and colors.
