These red mangroves seem to be a dwarfed by growing a little off shore and have no soil, digging into the limestone and coral instead.

If you wanna see this as a 20x30 framed, come by the Beaux Arts Festival tomorrow on UM's campus. We got rained out today.

Wonderful image Paul. I like the contrast between the larger mangroves in the distance as well as the white cloud balancing the image with the foreground mangroves. I also like the look the blurred water gives the image overall.

I like this very much. The strong foreground element adds a lot as does the dramatic sky. Love the motion in the foreground (at least that's what it feels like)

Love the range of light and tones in this, as well as the dof. Bet it looks great framed at 20x30!

Beautiful work Paul! Is this an HDR? I notice 2 shutter speeds in your techs.

I like the angle here, and interesting to find out about the motion blur of the water in the FG. I too like the light and colours.

So much depth in there, Paul. And a very interesting composition.

The long exposure really works on the water.

Paul....this one covers all the bases. A truly outstanding shot. The DOF, the colors, balance in the composition....everything is excellent. At 20X30, it will be jaw-dropping, am sure. Huge congrats.
