    Great color contrast, and good head angle. The beat just glows against the background. Any chance of a bit more contrast in the eye? It is a shame the tail is a bit OOF.

    I'm very frustrated as we have kingfishers here in Florida, and in a few years now I have yet to get them. I have many pictures of where they were a fraction of a second earlier, or the airspace they had just vacated -- but never them.

    Sweet capture Ken with lovely pose and excellent detail. If possible a touch more canvas at the bottom . Love these kingfishers and many thanks for sharing Ken.

    Another KF I dont have in my files. Perfect pose, and I like how the beak follows part of the perch. I would run some NR on the BG.
