    Bill, I like the pose and the details in the head and eye. Maybe a bit more canvas left and top. I think fotosketchers canvas has a more realistic look then CS4's canvas and it's free. Nicely done as always.

    great pose Bill, I really like the motion blur in the wings and the good look at the colorful face. The canvas texture works well here, but the comp feels just a tad tight overall. Nice work!

    I also like the canvas look and agree that it feels tight at the top of the frame. I really like how the front wing has so much implied motion but the back wing leaves me feeling like something is missing.

    Bill I just wanted to see how this looked like a vertical....Added canvas to top and right side...removed the right wing but left the water drip from bill...used the soft pink from the bill to frame it, lost a bit of the texture due to cloning (don't have fotosketcher with me)...maybe theres a little to much space at the top....just an idea..I like the base image you created...Thanks for sharing

    Paul, you solved the two issues I had with this - tight at the top and that back wing. Lovely repost.
