    Marc,

Very nice indeed, good detail in the black, I moght have been tempted to take a little of the branch on the left hand side to have a little separation from the feathers.

Lovely pose from a lovely species. For those who arent in the know, this FE has the most wonderful call, and so recognisable from any other call of the wild. Good exposure and detail Marc, and well done for getting him in the clear.

Good exposure and detail. Agree in a perfect world for a little separation between wing and branch. Very nice portrait.

    Hi Marc!
Tremendous job on the exposure on this one. Usually, you don't see such a defined separation between the blacks and browns like this in most photos, so this one is really nice to see! Great composition too! Nice & sharp. Wish it was mine! Too bad we don't have these in here Florida!! Hope you're well!

    Thanks Stuart

And if I'm not mistaken, the Chobe River has the highest concentration of FE in Africa, with a pair every 1/2 - 1 km of shoreline.
