    oh! what a fabulous shot! i love these birds and get to photograph one particular bird a lot.....she was hoovering in on something....the background is fabulous....amazing shot imho

    Like the hunting and the included habitat. I'd crop a bit off the top.

    Rick...I like this image a lot. Nice separation from the BG and yet there is enough definition in the BG to show the habitat. wide-open was a good call. Instead of sqaure, I'd have gone with a vertical crop( since the bird is looking down). Beautiful shot. Congrats.

    Love the soft muted colours of the BG - I would try and lighten the eye just a tad.
