    Good sharpness. I'm not sure I'd go with a vertical crop here, as the bird feels a little tight in the frame. Is it my imagination or is the bird pointed slightly away from the viewer?

    Mital...excellent pose, sharpness and exposure. Another vote for horizontal comp.

    Might try a horizontal as I too feel it is a bit tight. You got great detail from a lens not noted for it's sharpness. Just goes to prove how important good fundamentals are to good photography.

    Sharp, goofy looking young bird, but definitely needed to be a HORZ capture.

    Nice flamingo.
    I also believe that horizontal crop is better here but just my opinion. Love the blue BG and the nice details.
