    First of all a thank you to everyone who gave me suggestions for photo ops in and around Ft. Myers Beach. Here is my first post from that trip. Comments and suggestions appreciated....

    Striking pose, although a bit of eye contact would have helped the image. In spite of the -1 2/3, it looks like the whites are overexposed. Perhaps a bit of added canvas on the left.

    Love the black background. I too would like to know what time of day/night this was, and where was your light source (if any) and was sorta of flash you used. can you recover any of those highlights?

    Your right about the whites. Any suggestions on toning them down in post processing.

    This picture was taken in early AM light. Very bright. The background was heavily shade mangroves.

    If they are totally blown as they appear to be, the only chance of saving them is during the RAW conversion. There is a great saving the white thread in the Tutorials Forum. You need to go study it and re-convert with the Recovery Slider and then get back to us.
