Osprey in dive mode

Hi all and Happy New Year. May we all get those shots that we missed last year.
I usually go to the Everglades to get these birds diving for food but today there was one in my back yard fishing.
It did come with a fish.

I like the blue and white BG here, and the exposure on the osprey looks good. I like that you can see the eye but do find myself wishing for a better head-turn towards you.

I like the pose a lot and agree about the background. Maybe selectively lighten the eye a bit? Nice shot.

Hi - like the pose - would selectively sharpen and lighten the eye a tad, a head turn towards the camera would have been nice.
