Though I've been away for a while, its for a good reason, my firstborn baby girl...

The male is a difficult bird to photograph, the female is even harder.
I have placed the perch next to a highly active bush and used audio with my car as a hide.
I would realy appreciate your thoughts regarding the perch (position) and Comp.

Congratulations, Gal! I hope your daughter is doing well and you get some sleep once in a while. :)

I'm not sure I have seen this species before, thanks for sharing! I like the pose, sharpness, head angle and BG and even find the branch in the BG not really distracting. I don't know if you might have had the time to move a bit to your right, warblers don't tend to be too cooperative. :)

Maze tov on the new baby. I like everything about the image--SH, comp, perch, EXP--but for the fact that the bird's breast is lost behind the perch.

Mazal Tov for the baby! I don't want to spoil the party but you will have far less time for your bird photography - had my first one about two years ago so I talk from experience....:(

Nice detail, sharp, BG and pose. Agree with Artie regarding the breast and wish for some more dof for the tail.

Congrats on the arrival of your baby daughter. May she bring you and your wife tons of joy. Good sharp detail, and I like the eye. I like the yellow linchen, and what a great BG.
