Used Glow 100 and pulled the opacity back a bit on a duplicated layer in Fractalius.
Masked back in the eyes and beak, made the eyes darker with a QM layer and multiplied.
Cloned out a few brighter areas. The whole image looked too dark so I screened it. Lost some of the nice greenery in the BG when it was downsized. Also NIK Brilliance and warmth, pulled the slider all the way over to blue and increased the brilliance, adjusted the opacity layer a bit.

Jackie, Very nice Orig. image. I like the frac. work. I might be tempted to add some detail on the underside that is showing. Love the eyes!!:)

quite electric and looks like you had fun creating this.
Only wish for a bit more detail around perimeter of tail feathers. Sometimes working
the radius sliders will bring in more detail....as do the depth sliders

Tried a rework using the suggestions given. More definition in tail area, hope this looks better.
