    This female Suberb Blue Wren was readilly attracted to my back-yard for a regular hand-out.

    Canon EOS 10D, Canon !00-400mm, ISO 100, Natural back-light (Intentional to gain some modelling) fill-flash -1.5 comp. Hide/Tripod

    Very interesting. The perch itself could make a good subject too.

    The BG is a little noisy and I might crop a little off the right.

    Harsh light but you did well with the fill flash. I like it.

    HI John,
    My favourite bird, this female fairy-wren has a lovely pose. Here, the fill-flash makes a big difference.
    Agreed with Jim Poor, I would crop a bit on the right to keep the original proportion.
