An awkward pose, but I liked the little juvi with the crawfish. That is a cypress tree in bg.
All clone and patch tool......for those that have not tried the patch tool,
it is one sweet tool and I use it over and over in pp

thanks for looking in and c/c

Dave, I love the image and clean up work. I think elements may not have the patch tool - I looked but don't
think it's there. Do you know? I've always used clone tool but I've got a healing brush which I've honestly
never tried. (I just tried it and it's pretty sweet - is it the same thing as a patch tool?) Thanks for the help.

Dave, Nice job w/ the clean up and I agree the patch tool is very effective. I find myself using it in conjunction w/ the clone tool alot. I like the pose and the catch also! Those eyes are great!

Cheryl, I don't believe that the patch tool is in elements 7. A similar effect would be to make a selection then move the selection to a similar area, feather it and copy and paste ... then move it into place and blend in the edges.

    Nice image and application Dave.

Liked the fact that you only removed what was a problem with the image, rather than everything. It keeps the image more natural looking.

Dave, I really like the photo and the clean-up work. You really did a great job on getting the crawfish and the heron's eyes sharp. That's a big old crawdad for that little guy. :)
