    Default Before & After - Merritt Island NWR Sunrise

    This is a slight abstract of a sunrise we shot this past fall at Merritt Island NWR.

    Modification included; Rough Pastels, Dry Brush, Hue & Saturation, Cloning Out ghosting artifacts on edge of tree follage.

    Thanks for viewing and comment, at least some of the comment. Appreciate it.

    Hope they can see the difference in some of the images posted. The second post did allow for better showing of the effects, but ... their site, their vision. As you noted, it has been done before here to clarify the learning process.

    Mark,

    I really like the punched up colors and brightness in the second one. It looks much better. Some of the areas that came out really dark - tips of Palmetto (I think?) plant and what looks like maybe a dead branch to the right look a little too contrasty to my taste, but YMMV.
