    Default Dreary Day Goldfinch

Hasn't been great shooting conditions lately, but I managed to get out just before the snow started to fly. Heavy overcast and dark. Shooting from a tree in the backyard, trying to get level with the birds higher up and change my normal shooting habits. I was pretty happy with this considering the conditions and lack of light. Cloned out piece of branch on right.

I like the eye contact, head angle and BG. It looks as if there is a red cast and I wish the perch were not cut off.

The colors in the repost look good here, too.
