    Dear all
This image was made in Tadoba Andhari Tiger reserve in Maharshatra. That was one of the finest tiger sightings. This tigress and male tiger were chasing one spotted deer fawn and were unable to make kill. We were on road with another gypsy watching the drama unfold infront of us. This pair chased that fawn several times and they crossed road for seven times. Amazing sighting but no luck with images. For a moment tigress stopped and I was lucky to shoot few images, She had a eye on fawn and me ( What if she thought of chasing me :D:eek: ).

Next morning we saw caracas of fawn. Its law of nature, Tough and RAW , That fawn offered me few nice images which I will share later on.

TATR ( Tadoba Andhari Tiger reserve ) is place in India where you are gauranteed of private tiger sightings if you chose to differ from common Tourist. This park has lot of variety in Mamals and Birds and yet it has to grab attention from general crowd you see in Ranathambhore , Bandhavgarh or Kanha. TATR has nice population of tigers and leopards. TATR will Rock this year as three Tigresses raising their eight cubs in tourist zone and less rains forcing them to come out of thick forest

    D300, 600mm, 1/125, HH, F4, ISO 800 , cropped to vert and 0.9 Gaussian blurr on BG
All C & C are most welcome and much appreciated

Harshad, I am really, really, going off you with these postings!:D:D

The narrative sets the scene well and glad you didn't become dinner. Nothing really to comment on, it all looks very spot on, but would remove the blade of grass on the nose. If the BG is as is in landscape, then I might be tempted to run with that, IMHO emphasising the look. Not sure about 'pano', but something similar perhaps?

Super pose and portrait Harshadbhai. Like the suggestion of a horizontal too, which will give the space she's looking into perspective. Nicely done. Thanx for story too.

Harshad....Tadoba is one of my favourite places. I liked the repost crop more. liked the stripes echoed in the BG.

That horizontal image rocks! Now she has room to "roam" and the BG stripes are less obtrusive for some reason. Beautiful image of the tiger - great details and so much expression in that face! I, too, would consider cloning out the grass on her nose.

Very nice Harshad. I prefer the horizontal shot and I agree with the suggestion to clone out the little piece of grass or twig on her nose.

Harshad, reading the acknowledgements, comments, and feedback, I think it's time to invite folk to this wondrous land, to explore/sample what you have in your 'back yard', don't you?:D

Beautiful shot, HB - Everything has been said as I'm late on this one. I like the vertical better, though.

Absolutely gorgeous image, Harshad. I too agree - in addition to being one of your best image, the narrative makes it so much more compelling. TFS.
