    Another passion of mine is wargaming.(battles with model soldiers) Every 3-4 years I put on the battle of Gettysburg in miniature. There is 3500 to 4000 figures on the table(15mm scale) along with the appropriate terrain on a 15 ft table.All the figures are hand painted along with the terrain. The game takes about 6-8 hours to play and involves about 12 players. We have played it 3 times over the years and the confederates were only able to win once.
    I made up this promotion sheet and sent it to all the players. I'm the illustrious commander and game organizer in the center.

    Hi Gus, This is a partial view of The Battle of Atlanta. We play in my basement generally the first friday of every month. This is our 24th year playing as a group. Amazed we could keep it together this long but were still going strong...

    Dave, this is WILD! I find it fascinating the things we love to spend our free time on and this is incredible. What a special group of friends you must have!

    Hi Julie, Over the years I've made some really great friends through photography and wargaming. I spend far more time on photography the last dozen years but wargaming will always be with me...

    Sounds interesting Dave. When I saw the title I thought it was going to be a snow goose blastoff at Bosque del Apache. :)
