I had taken this image of this lone skimmer early in the morning. Applied Topaz Simplify and then changed opacity as well as use layer mask to open up the bill area. Hope you like it...

I really like the minimal comp. Indranil.. nice soft colors and just enough details. I'd be tempted to blur the trailing waterline just a tad, but the reflection is such a nice touch :)
