    Default Clamp for RRS MH-01

Which clamp do you use with your 500 f/4 IS and RRS MH-01 head?

Arash; I have used the B2 Pro II for a year with a 200-400, and for the past couple of weeks with my new 500 f4 VR. It works great, but with both knobs on the same sine I have to be careful not to loosen the wrong one. Best to keep them on opposite sides.

I have the lever and I'm pleased with it. I was a little concerned at first that it could be prone to being caught on something and opening up but it folds under the base and is quite secure. I have used it for dozens of hours of shooting on a monopod over the last couple of weeks and have hiked I would guess 20 miles with no problems.

I prefer the B2 Pro clamp over the Lever Release clamp.
