    I reworked this image after I got home. Took in all the suggestions and this is the final result. Here's the original

    Bill, are you opening up the site that is underlined after "Here's the original"? The original is much darker - Roy, the reworked version is much lighter and a lot more of the details are visible.

    Nice re-post!

    Hi Roy,
    I like the image and capture, the color rendition is good sporting fine feather details, you have a good head angle and good eye contact...would suggest selective sharpening the eye just a tad more and cropping 1/4 from the left side of the frame...good show, looking forward to your next one Sir. :cool:

    Thanks George, I was working on my PC laptop and the difference between the laptop and the desktop is remarkable.:) Got a macbook pro for Christmas and am looking forward to using that when I travel.
    Rebvealing more details was the aim, so I'm glad it worked.
