Nice and sharp on the bird.

This one just looks very unnatural to me including the bird but especially the trunk of the tree. I am thinking possibly overboard pp and just to much burn here.

Nicecapture, we have the yellow-shafted version here. I like the colors and postion of the bird. Maybe a touch down on contrast.

I like the pose on this hard to approach species (at least from my experience). Contrast and saturation seem a bit much, and there is a clone mark to eliminate in LRC. Looks likethe bark was either wet or oozing sap like crazy!

I like the rainy day feel here, but might back down the contrast a bit. I like the wet bark, and the BG is just blurred enough to not be distracting but still give a sense of habitat.

What is over his right foot? It appears to be cut off?

It was taken in one sunny afternoon within a week of rainy days. In that corner of the park there are three to four big, tall trees like the one in the photo and so no direct sunlight at all.

Aaron, I don't see anything wrong with the right leg. Its leg was totally fine. It's not in plain view in the photo and that's for sure. :)
