Based on a post I put up a few weeks ago asking for which software to add my wife bought me Viveza2 this morning. I experimented on a photo I had whose sky was completely washed out. I have no idea what I am doing yet but I look forward to the challenge of mastering the program and the positive results I hope it provides.

If it stinks let me have it. I am here to learn and share.

    Merry Christmas to everyone here.

Does not stink to me, now that is good software, provides results at first attempts.
Nice landing pose, the sky looks quite good, the bird is excellent. I like the fact that you included
    the perch.

Great landing shot pose. Usually birds are taking off away from me which is not nearly as nice or effective. Sky looks natural. Good detail. Looks very good to me.

Mike, it is great. Almost looks like a little person in a feather suit. The image is sharp, catchlight is cool, intensity is in the stare (if I could only keep my eye on the ball playing golf  as intently as the eagle is looking at the upcoming perch!), and the background is smooth. TFS!
Merry Xmas to you and yours.
    Cheers, Jay

I'm thinking about Viveza 2 also Mike. The sky looks good but perhaps a little too saturated. Like the pose and sharpness. Would like to see a bit more of the perch. I would try to get some more detail out of the darks.

Thanks but not at this time. Since installing Viveza, CS3 has locked up and is not responding . Not able to resize a photo for the web with the installed programs at hand.
