Great exposure and I like how the leg is raised so they were not both hidden by the grass. I love the BG green and the placement of the bird works very well.

Beautiful - love the low shooting angle, the raised foot and its tack sharp, sweet light to boot.
Id crop some from the top.
    Lovely :)

    Hi Roy,
I like the ultra low capture angle. The color rendition is very good along with the sharp feather details. You have a good head angle and sharp eye contact...like the raised foot...well done Sir. Congrats...show us more...:)

Handsome shot. Great HA, BG, detail, comp and raised foot. Well done! I wish I could get one of these - mine always turn out to be BBPL's.

Love the shooting angle and not too low so the f/4.0 would make foreground dominate - nice composition. Often grass images can be busy you nailed the DoF - well done.
