The sharpness of this image is impressive, and I like the water drop! Hoodies are fast fliers!! The silky effect of the water in the background sets off the feather detail so well.
How far away were you from the subject?

Ray, I am really digging this image. Sharpness, comp, exposure all seem just right for me. I REALLY love the bg...the colors and softness of it make the subject pop.

Terrific image Ray. The blue in the Bg is so intense and nice and the light angle is so good that make the bird to pop up a lot. The tiny water drop under the bird is a delicate and nice bonus. Merry christmas my friend:)

Love the 3D look to this image Ray .. tremendous separation between the bird and the water.
