    Ofer:

Striking pose, sharp, great eye and talons.

Even though the lines of the image are mainly vertical, I might consider a different crop with a bit more room to the right.

The blue sky at the top adds interest.

And a happy holiday season to you as well.

    Default hello ofer

i am no expert at this art but this is a totally stunning image. i just love the ways the different whites/ grays have contrasted. and i am totally with you on the vertical crop giving the hovering all the meaning.

wish you and your family an amazing vacation, merry christmas and a very prosperous new year.

    warm regards

I know I am not meant to say great shot but I wiill this time. I would be most happy with this as it is but think a little more room to the right would make it even better.

Killer pose and an excellent job with the exposure. I know you wanted to include blue sky, but I'd be tempted to crop a bit off the top. I agree about adding a bit of canvas on the right also. Very nice image!

Thanks everyone for the comments and suggestions.
I agree that a horizontal can also work but decided to go vertical because as Rob says this is just prior to dropping so the axis of action is actually vertical rather than a horizontal.
