Theme: Rising from the Waves

On this image, I first applied the Xero porcelain filter. Then I masked out the center of the flower and applied radial blur, and finally I applied the flood filter and softened the reflection using some more radial blur. It reminded me of the sun rising over the ocean. Any comments and suggestions would be most appreciated!
