    Default Theme: Blackbirds at Bosque

There was a mixed flock of red-winged and yellow-headed blackbirds at the south end of the Marsh Loop. I got some shots of them and thought this one would look good with some OOTB treatment. :)

I used Topaz Detail to add some (guess what...) and then Topaz Simplify to remove it.

Kerry, Great colors in this image! The Topaz treatment on the background looks very good. The framing looks perfect to me - love the grasses at the bottom.

I like this image a lot. The colors and pp work really well. I like the blackbirds filling the frame except for the bottom. We have flocks of blackbirds like this around here--they come to the harvested corn fields.

I like this image a lot. The colors in the background are made by the addition of hte birds. Without them I Would say the rest of the image was too garlish.

Very, very nice Kerry! :) Love the colors and painted look. I also like the different layers in the BG, and the birds form a nice pattern.

Kerry, I love the layered colors and the simplify filter. It works really well with this image:)
