From a local lake a couple of weeks ago. The image is a bit noisy, but I still liked

An exquisite BG and FG. I liked the OOF bird as well. Lovely comp, low angle and exposure. Only suggestion is sharpen the focussed bird a tad. Thx for sharing Aidan....beautiful photo.

Lovely image Aidan. Love the light and low angle. As for the OFF bird, I'm not too sure about it, it does add to the image and makes the compo even better, but on the other hand I find it a bit distracting.

Hi Aidan, I like this a lot. I find the composition very pleasing in my opinion. I like how the focus bird and the out of focus bird are contrasted by light and dark. I also think the colors of the background and the water to be very nice. If this were mine I would be tempted to even out the color on the lower left hand (our right) edge of the frame. Thanks for sharing.

What beautiful BG, love ethe colors and the subjects and the OOF one behind. I'd like this with both birds more to the right.

I like this very much. The colors are great. I agree with the suggestions for more room on the right and a tad more sharpening of the one bird.

Like the BG & colours. Ditto Fabs on composition.
