    Ken the BG needs a round of noise reduction because of the croping effect and the shutter speed is bit slow to freeze the action but you did a good job capturing this litle guy in flight. :)

    Nice bird and setting Ken. Looks like critical sharpness was missed here (judging by the eye) as Juan said you needed a faster shutter speed or quicker panning.

    The pose and angle are pretty cool. I'm not sure if more sharpening could overcome the softness/motion blur but it would be worth a try.

    I love the eye contact during take-off, and the wing postion is nice. A shame you didn't have more shutter speed to freeze the action a little better. I'd run some NR on the BG.
