Beautiful iamge!! Just a slight CW rotation. Would also clone out the extra catchlight.

Ofer I think this is normal, the killdeer and the ripples are not parallel to sensor in this case but have a slight angle towards the camera so the ripples should not be level. If you level the ripples killdeer will be pointing upward which is not natural and what the original scene was like. But maybe that looks better from a viewer's point of view.
thanks!

Hi Arash, I guess the best way to jugde an image is by seeing. I am not trying to argue with you - just showing what I mean. Here is a repost with the following changes - a slight CW rotation, removing the extra catchlight and slight cooling filter in order to soften the warming effect of the late evening light and bring out some more blue in the BG.

Thanks Ofer, repost is nice. I agree at the end of the day what matters is how the viewers like to see the photo, I usually try to be faithful to the original scene but in this case the modified version might look better. I will redo the RAW and post again.
Thanks for editing.

Beautiful image, Arash. The pose, low angle, soft light and detail are all great.
Here is a repost based on Ofer's suggestions.

Good suggestions given and well used.
Nice repost here Arash.
Arash I totally agree with Oferīs suggestions. The eye of the plover is killer :)
The repost is fantastic! I love the tighter crop.
Hi Arash - Very beautiful capture, lighting and water are a very pleasing touch. Did you have to crop off a lot here?
I like the angle, light and sharpness. Good discussion above, I agree that the leveled repost is an improvement as is the catchlight.
Arash, Repost looks great! The details and sharp eye are very nice.
Beautiful image Arash!
I agree with Ofer's comments as far as leveling the image and removing the second catchlight. I am not sold on using a cooling filter though. Isn't that why we shoot early morning and late afternoon when the light is nice and warm?
Love the repost . Awesome one !! Nothing more to add .
Thanks a lot guys for nice comments, it is always great to find out how the photo looks best for presentation by posting it here, thanks again to Ofer for suggestions.
Dave, it is about 60% crop.

My opinion is the Photo Filters, Cooling and Warming are good a powerful PS tools and often just the ticket and the shortest way to solve a problem with some images.
I suggest experiment, experiment, experiment. Try out those filters a bit, it is easy to back out of them if results are undesirable to you.
Arashbhai ,
One beautiful bird and settings here , lovely sharpness and spot on exposure
Repost does look better:)
