Hey Grace - This is a really cool shot - very unique! Even though the shot is pretty wide, you still can see detail all around, especially on the front bird's bill. And of course the crab catch is what makes this image a real winner. These three look like they are just having a blast out there. I would take some more off the top which is going in the direction of a pano at that point but it seems to look even cooler when I scroll up and cut off some of the open water up there. Well done.

The interaction and droplets make this one for me and would only tone down the chest of the bird on the right. I miss seeing eiders, maybe I should go on a little road trip to Massachusetts.

Love the action you've captured here, and it's nice to see an Eider. The crab really tops this one off. If it were mine, I think I would try a few different crops. Maybe you already did that which is how you ended up with this one. Love the blue of the water in this capture.

Some wonderful action you captured in this image Grace and as mentioned the addition of the crab puts it over the top. Well done and excellent timing.

Gotta love the crab! Nice action captured Grace. I like the idea of taking a bit off the top. I've never had the good fortune to see an Eider in person...maybe someday!
