Default Black-bellied Plover in Morning Light

This is another image I made at Barnegat Light yesterday morning. It was about 30 minutes after sunrise.

Loverly light, bird, head angle, and raised-foot pose. And you did a great job getting a clean BKGR while working right down sun angle (neither of which was easy there and then....)

Sweeeeetttt shot, Axel. Man, the belly feathers are just a beautiful color here. Love the overall golden sunrise look as well.

The light is absolutely gorgeous on this plover and I really like the harmony between the background colours and the subject! Great work Axel!

What beautiful golden light, detail, pose and bg. It almost looks like a sepiatone. Thanks for sharing it.
