    Default Recreate - Daves Image Frac Filter

    I downloaded Fractalius last night and this is what I came up with. I used Crayon Light mode, and then
    used an oak overlay (in Elements) at 20%opacity and then an orange gradient @27% and masked the dove back
    in.

    Fractalius is fun - thanks Dave for your inspiration!

    Cheryl, Nice texture to the BG. I like the toned down Frac. work. I might try to eliminate the halo from around the bird unless that was a shadowing effect-then maybe just the side the light would be coming from. Nicely done. You are doing a great job w/ these re-creates!!:)

    Love the effect on the bird but not on the BKGR. And I am with Denise as far as losing the black halo.

    Like the effects you used, Cheryl. Nice details on the bird, and the BG has a nice texture to it. Ditto on the black halo, I might also dodge the catchlight in the eye a little.
