Very nice specimen Paolo. Terrific beak. Nothing obstructing the bird, which I am sure was a difficult task. Some noise is apparent but assume you had to crank up the ISO due to light. I might try to tone down the whites at the tip of the beak - they are somewhat distracting.

Beautiful portrait of one very hard to find bird ,I would be tempted to remove the white ooff in front of beak and perhaps remove or tone down the stick behind the rail ,But we all know to even get an image of a rail is bonus day sticks and all

Lovely species and a bonus to photograph this skulking bird! I would suggest removing the branch above the bird's back and the light leave behind the bill?

This could be a really lovely picture of a bird not easy to photograph. It needs some PS skills and work to clean it up.

Clean-up would require time, effort, and a good deal of PS skill but it is a loverly image of a difficult to photograph species. Love the sharpness and the pose. The bird looks as if might have been lightened just a bit too much....
