    This was taken in the fall. The BG was OOF fall leaves and brick in the distance. All C&C welcome.

    I like the classic pose, sharpness, soft light and angle. I wish the bird were angled toward you.

    Very nice pose. The fact that it is not looking directly at you does not bother me.

    A beauty Jim. Makes me want to spend more time in my back yard trying to get one this good! Love the BG. Great exposure and sharpness. A head tilt toward us would provide that contact and be more engaging.

    love the colours and trailing foot ... a bit of head turn would have been nice but it's still a lovely image

    Love the BKGR and the pretty much dorsal view. A squeak might have gotten the bird to look back at you enough to get the head square to the back of the camera (which is exactly what you needed here).
