    Default Snow Bunting (winter plumage)

How'd I do on this one?

I like the angle, complementing BG and eye contact and would sharpen the bird a bit more.

Very cool bird, I like the light, the BG and ground too.
There are few dust bunnies, to the left of the bird in front of it,
and to the right a fainter one too. Agree with Axel about sharpenning the bird.

Sweet little bird, with nice HA and beautifully soft, complimentary BG. I wonder if the bird would take just a tad of selective sharpening? Where at Spruce Run do you find these fellows, if you're willing to share your secrets? I went a month ago (too early) and didn't see much. Congrats on a very handsome image.

Thanks so much for pointing out the dust bunnies Ilija, don't know how I missed those.

Bill - You head straight to the boat ramp for the Buntings. All of the major NJ birding spots, seasons to visit, and trails are outlined in Bill Boyle's "A Guide to Bird Finding in New Jersey". Great read, by a nice guy!

No problem Bill, enjoy. For the record I have no affiliation with him (met once or twice), nor anyone else for that matter. I just enjoy recommending resources that have helped me out.
