    Red Crested Cardinal in Molokai.
    D90, ISO 200, Flash fired, Lens 300f4 @ 300mm, Exp 1/100 F8 Cropped, lightened shadows on face and sharpened in USM.

    Hi Roy I like it a lot, excellent feel !!

    Would crop some from the back of the bird, clean the extra catchlights and desaturate the red crest just a bit ... don't be afraid to increase the ISO, you did well holding steady but its always dangerous ... noise you could reduce but not blur !!!

    Alf, thanks for the suggestions. I have actually tried higher ISO's:D but I'll have to do more.

    A nice close up pose Roy,
    I like it, agree on the double catch light and tighter crop...looking forward to your next one...well done...:):cool:
