Hi Paolo, nice action you witnessed here - love the flying water drops! Great catch by the grebe. Good reflection too. Unfortunately the HA is less than ideal. Darks could go darker, and wish the subject was a bit larger in the frame. Thanks for sharing!!

Great action, I don't mind the head angle at all, IMO the action makes up for it. I would add a bit of saturation and mid-tone contrast, and perhaps a tighter crop.
