I photographed this spoonbill a few years back at a wetland near my home. The early morning sun illuminated the reeds in the background, which resulted in the golden yellow background.

lovely bird, lovely exposure , lovely detail, lovely background. I'm never sure what to do reflection wise with these type of shots so I always try to get as low as possible.

Cool pose, great light, setting and sharpness. Does it need a tad CW rotation?

Love what you have done with the whites. Liked the overall warm tone of the image a lot.

Beautiful light, color and exposure, with a bit of water action to boot. A lovely image. Rotation looks OK to me.

    Stunning bird, thanks for sharing.
Love the sweet light and the under wing details. The golden BG puts this one over the top for me.
