    I like the dominant color here, also the bird and perch form nice composition.
    I think you could get rid of the bright lines on the left part of the image
    and get more uniform BG here. I can't decide about the eye.
    At first I thought it is too bright but the more I look at it, I think it is OK.

    I like the pose, eye contact and soft light. There seems to be a yellow cast.

    Nice posture and background! Personally I would bring the exposure down by a third and recover more detail on the whites on the neck and head, they look slightly burnt?
