    Beautiful bird and very nice alert pose. I like the details and exposure control and wish for a bit wider DOF. Could you post some techs?

    Nice capture. Only nit is that I find the oriole a little high in the frame.

    Beautiful capture Matthew with great color , detail, poae and perch. I too find it a tad high in the frame. Many thanks for sharing.

    Great exposure control. Agree with Doug that it looks a little high in the frame.

    Really nice shot of a superb bird. My eye is drawn to the OOF leaves near the right foot which as the rest of the image is stunningly sharp makes it stand out.

    This is one nice oriole. Minor nits noted. You have a good eye for comp.

    Stunning bird Matthew! I agree a bit more DOF(if possible) would have been great, but still sweet as is...
