    Default Blurred Water....

I tried hard to get a picture with the water blurred and the head of the bird sharp....

    Made the image at:
    1/20 sec. / f 36 / ISO 100
    - 2 1/3 Exp. comp.

What could I do next time, to improve my image?
Thanks for looking at my picture....

i like the blurred water. i think the compostion would be stronger as a vertical with a little more room above his head. nice job keeping the bird sharp.

Excellent idea Rosl !!! I think this image would have worked better with the blur going further up the frame Just the water breaking has a sharp transition Also with these taking a bunch is a must !!! Slow keeper rate !!!!

Nice idea and pretty sharp for 1/20. Only other thing I'd suggest is bracketing your exposures maybe to get one nice and slow for the water blur and another a bit sharper for the bird.

Of course you have to blend them in PS later, but it's something that has worked for me in similar situations...........
