    D90; 80-400 VR @ 185mm. ISO 800. f/6.3 @ 1/1000s. -0.7EV. HH.

    Ding Darling several weeks ago, near mid-day, but overcast. I waited patiently until he walked into a clear spot in the vegetation, but the OOF veggies are a bit distracting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I like the soft light, eye contact and sharpness. A lower angle would have made it even stronger.

    Bill, I like the details and it was good to get the bird in a bit of a clearing. Sharpness and comp. look good.
